Visited Art History and Church St. today...I look forward to these snow days because bars/breweries are EMPTY. I had it on tap at Art History and thought it was excellent, big surprise considering the breweries involved. I then picked up a 4-pack at Church St. Stay safe out there...

I wouldn't be surprised at all considering the breweries involved. Both make killer lager

they heated well and to high temps and they were plentiful in the creek that runs by the brewery where we made the steinbier.

here are some brew day pics:

Sorry, my quote was probably not well typed. I was being sarcastic in that Art History and Church St. make excellent beers, so it is no surprise that a collab would be tasty.

No need to apologize! I swear there should be a sarcasm font, life would be easier

And while I'm on the subject of the steinbier, I got a chance to try it. I have to say that they made a great lager. I'll admit I have no basis for comparison on this one, but damn was it a tasty beer.

My Binny's didn't get any -- sounds like it was very small batch.

    Thanks, but way up north.

You know, I forgot all about the little craft beer place in my town -- I'll have to check there.

So yeah, that Wenceslas stuff? Damn fine. Them east coast Czech-style brewers really ain't got nuthin' on our Midwest brewers.
