    'Evening all! Thanks to @dcotom for kicking off the last thread of 2022, of which 74 minutes remain as I type this (at least in this part of the world). We're just back from the early fireworks show, and all I want to do is go to bed! But not before posting today's beer, because if I don't post it, did I really drink it?

    [​IMG] Some more Pulp juice. Kettlehead borrowed Modestman’s recipe for The Most Beautifulest Thing In The World and it was a brilliant idea, exchanging recipes and seeing who can brew it better. This is the second batch and it is getting close to matching the OG.

    Happy New Year's Eve morning, BAs. We were up early to see the kids off as they returned to North Carolina with Pella the dog. It's now peaceful here. I'm enjoying that peace with Promethean Vol. 3 from Czig Meister which I bought at the brewery yesterday. We'll shortly walk the 5 minutes to our local coffee shop for a hearty breakfast. Cheers from mild, misty North Jersey!

    I may have asked you before, but do you head up to Hill Farmstead yourself or do you have somebody who picks it up for you? I get up there maybe once a year, but you seem to have a pretty regular supply through one means or another.
    Even if it doesn't help, it makes it more fun!
