Barrel Theory has 2 collaborations going one with Blackstack. (Local Drops) and one with Equilibrium (Quantum Drops) both hazy if you like the style.

They also have a hazy collab with Welderks right now called Werking Theory. I thought it was excellent.

Based on the event details It was only available at the taproom this year, but apparently some went out for distro to other states.

Why this didn't have distro in MN doesn't make much sense to me.

I’ve heard varying reports. Local shop apparently got it a couple weeks ago in cans. Jacks in Roch had it a couple weeks back as well.

I think it may have something to do with the new law allowing breweries to sell beer in 12oz and 16oz cans directly to consumers if they also make the beer available to distributors, but I don't understand only making available for distribution outside of Minnesota. It's interesting that a brewery can make that decision.

I was in Edina Liquor (Grandview location, a little west of 100 on 50th) and was pleasantly surprised to see the Bent Paddle DSDB mix pack in the cooler. I grabbed one, there were at least six more (this was Monday or Tuesday). Forget the exact price, but maybe $26.99?

If anyone is still looking for BCS there regular, Sir Isaac's, & Coffee in quantity at the Eagan Total Wine. Never thought I'd see Coffee BCS hanging about casually months after its release!

Saw a deep shelf of these still at Total Wine in Woodbury yesterday. 28.99 there.

Also 2023 Sierra Nevada Bigfoot, and lots of it. I usually have a frustrating time trying to find it in SE suburbs even with the aid of their very helpful beer finder.

I think the age of BA stouts is over.

Incorrect. But I'd agree that the age of overpriced GI stouts is over.

It seems every brewery has BA beer now. It's no longer a big deal to find any.

I think BA beer customer demand has likely decreased over time as it's so easy to find and with an increased supply of BA beer, BA beer prices (and bottle sizes) should come down or it will just sit in stores overpriced.

I predict breweries will eventually reduce their BA beer production as they chase the THC/weed product trend.

I was excited to see BCBCS in a few places until I realized it was $25 or more everywhere. I love it, but I'll stick with readily available KBS at that price

TG Toppling Timber and Naughty Temple at TW Roseville. They had a few 4 packs of Revolution Maple Jacket left on the shelves as well.

Not sure if Alesmith BAVSS made it to MN, but it has shown up in Western WI as of yesterday. St. Croix Falls in particular but guessing Hudson would have it as well.
