I bought a four pack of Little Wolf and had the last one about a week ago. I would definitely buy it again. I have not had Photon but my next shipment order to Equilibrium I will buy it.

I've done it with Pilsners and it was pretty snappy, but not due to the Aperol.

It's probably all gone by now, but instead of bitterness maybe another option would be a squeeze of lime.

My reading glasses suck but that shot glass looks like a double decker. I like it!

 

Enjoyable as a strong coffee lover. Not worth the price tag, but life’s too short to harp on silly things and nit pick just to find fault. Cheers advocates.

Highland Park Fill Pills



Brewery Notes: $7 16 oz draft served in a Pilsner glass. German style Pilsner.

Appearance: Golden light straw color pour, bright white creamy head leaves soapy lacing and a nice cover over the proceedings. Nice medium to heavy carbonation flows throughout. 4.25

Aroma: Full pleasant traditional German Pils aroma, cracker, nice salt and pepper mix, grassy back. Digging. 4.0

Taste: A bit lighter in strength than the aroma would lead, but consistent for the most part. Maybe should have led first with this one instead of an IPA, though as I progress it tastes stronger. 3.75

Mouthfeel: Light body filled in a bit by the carbonation, very light and easy drinking, dry, nice hops presence leans a bit pleasant bitter. Crisp finish. 4.0

Overall: This is a standard go at a classic German Pilsner, and HPB pulls it off well. Didn’t stray off track, liked the cracker pepper best among the flavors. Nice beer I’d return to if given the chance. 3.75
