I see an excellent beer and a breathtaking landscape, congratulations @AzfromOz
This one I'm introducing is also a very limited production beer, brewed by a farm (on the Berici Hills, in the north) that produces natural wines, as well as craft beer.
In fact, all their beers ferment with the indigenous yeasts of the vineyards, and all mature in oak barrels for the time deemed necessary.
Real craftsmanship, which deserves a few words in addition to the mere and uncommunicative product picture.

Siemàn (Villaga, Vicenza, Veneto, ITA) - ON THE PEACH - Sour Wild Ale with ancient Venetian peaches (5.3%)

75 cl bottle (€16.50 on the brewery's online shop).
    First batch produced.
Sour Wild Ale matured 12 months in oak barrels (with indigenous yeasts) then in maturation varieties of organically grown ancient Venetian peaches are added for three months.
As soon as it is uncorked it looks like a lambic, an astringent note immediately accompanied by an intense peach scent (at least to the scent, it could seem apricot).
Versata is a dull light orange.
    Non-existent foam.
You can see many bubbles in the glass, but in reality the beer is flat (too much? Although, I like it that way).
Slightly acidulous entry, just before a delicious bouquet of ripe yellow peach pervades the whole palate.
The sweet and at the same time acidic taste is truly enveloping, even the lips remain a little stuck.
Notes of wood are felt to smooth the finish, but they are honestly light: the drink is very smooth and quick, while the taste of ripe peaches that remains in the mouth is long and remains a lot both on the tongue and on the palate.
Although very much to my taste, I would have expected a slightly more complex beer, perhaps with slightly more "tannic" notes or something more "wild", furthermore the carbonation is in fact an absent factor.
In any case, I took another 3 bottles to age in the cellar for a while, although I won't let them stay longer than 12/18 months.
In this first approach I expected more contamination.
Good in taste, lacks some complexity.

Holidays… maybe later especially with such a location and view. For now it’s cold and wet in France. Not worried or sad we’re used to it.

A simple IPA from the foothills of Tennessee. Blackhorse Brewing in Alcoa TN. near Knoxville. It's mildly juicy and hoppy and it's fresh! It's there IPA of distinction.

Good Day BAs! Thanks @AzfromOz for the beautiful opening today. A bit warmer 52° walk with the dogs earlier. Usual chores done, so I’m ready for some coffee - KBS:

Bottled 9/13/22. Poured at 55°. Another sunny, mild day forecast for SWFL today. I’ll do some moving stuff around in the garage while it is cool this week; otherwise, a pretty mellow day on tap. Cheers and have a thirsty Thursday y’all!

    Greetings all,
I can hear For Your Love and Heart Full of Soul ringing in my ears from my early years. I was 15, 16, 17 when I was treated to the future of rock and roll. Jeff beck has died and he oddly was a quiet force over decades. The sheer ambition of Beck's Bolero is only surpassed by its majesty. That may be the best assemblage of musicians at the birth of a new era and sound.
And then there's Lagunitas IPA, which I love...

Good day BAs! Thanks @AzfromOz for starting the thread and for your vacation pics! Maybe you should spend more time vacationing so we can vicariously enjoy the beauty of Oz! And the beers, too! And @Jack_14, Thanks for the excellent review! My brother is trying for citizenship in Italy and has been talking about retiring there when he retires again, so I may have another place to visit in the not too distant future.

    Today's New Breakfast Beer is:

(After stripping off an atteched college road diner menu from Wilmington, NC)

This came from @Whyteboar in NBS/NBW #16. A bit thin but otherwise pretty good impy oatmeal stout - rating 3.87, rDev -7%.

Last of the xmas decorations (tree, various lights) came down yesterday, and ran my wife's car through the carwash, so my only duties today are the routine Thursday laundry and some reading.
Just because I can, I'm following it with a home brewed oatmeal stout - also pretty good!

Still bummed out by the passing of Jeff Beck, but as I said to a good friend last night, at least I got to see him play live a few times. I saw Beck in the early eighties and was shocked to see him slamming his guitar on the stage ripping the notes from the guitar and then gently milking the tone from the same guitar on the more nuanced pieces. I saw him three more times playing with Stevie Ray Vaughn, Santana and oddly Brian Wilson. Beck often ended shows with the tune Going Down, which he would sing and the song Hi Ho Silver Lining is an old sentimental tune that gets played to end the night at British clubs.

    Happy rainy Thursday BA's

Got in a little hike with Emma earlier before the rains started....now enjoying this (new to me) NA brew from Einbecker - the Germans know how to make beer, and NA brews are no exception.

Yep. 9 mile trail run, in the tank. Now this 0.x Guinness. Been good to give this a chance among the other NA and it's one of the best options. Probably going to see a lot more of this here (sorry) as I try to moderate my intake through August.

Beautiful dry day out there, crystal blue skies, a breeze. We'll take it.

Cheers, and thanks to @AzfromOz for starting us off in style. Great pics.
