Hill Farmstead (2023)

The last morning the Alchemist cannery was open was brutal. We found a piece of cardboard to stand on to cut the snow/ice freeze. That I do not miss at all. Felt bad for the folks who were shut out

How have the cans been recently? Any particular ones to pass on or seek out?

 

A bit more flexible and crushed a little easier in my hand. Feel wise, soft, smooth with a slight hint of label. I’d consider this batch some of the best aluminum so far. I’d trade for some

how quickly do these online sales go? I'm curious how much time (approximately) clover will be available each day in the online store

 

Depends on the release and the day.

Ann was gone within 10 seconds each day it was available. The last Art release was almost as quick on the first day but was up to maybe 30 seconds on the last. DB Aaron was still around after like 30 minutes on its last day.

Clover won’t be like Ann, but I’d guess 30 seconds or so on Wednesday, maybe a little longer after that.

 

Sold out instantly today.

 

They should just make it a lottery. It's effectively that anyways. Then they can also make sure that if someone gets Ann then they can't get Clover or whatever the next big release is.

 

I wasn’t trying for it, but it was available for at least 45 seconds. The store didn’t open immediately but at 8:01 it was still available.

I’m even more convinced that there’s something weird at play. Like the store is becoming sentient and just decides who it will let make a purchase, and who it will torment that day.

The day I managed to get an Ann, people on FB declared that it sold out in anywhere between 0 and 7 seconds. Meanwhile I clicked the wrong beer, had to navigate back to Ann, and didn’t hit the check-out button until the 20-25 second mark.

 

I couldn't get into the store until 8:00:51 at which point it was sold out.

FWIW, I didn't get Ann either. It's possible that Shaun has me on a secret no-fly list based on my accidentally speaking to him once in 2016.
