Thanks Eric! I enjoy making stir fries - a bit of upfront prep work but then it all comes together nicely in the end. I manage to get all the prep done while I'm working during the day - in between customers. I never get bored with Thai chilies - I wish my local market carried fresh ones i use dried ones direct from Thailand. They're loaded with seeds though so I may grow some Thais this year. Cheers!

Thanks brother - glad you liked it! I like to rock out as much as I like to play chill music. I had picked up my Frank Gambale guitar and that guitar seems to just want to rock! I always play the solos off the top of my head, I don't plan them out. I like doing it that way. Cheers!!

Having a Sippin' on Gin N' Pilsner at Boundary Bay. Aged on him soaked oak spirals for a fest. It's an easy quaffer.

Without a doubt one of the best they brew. It got a little expensive at Kettlehead today, but some were for my brother’s birthday.
