    There is some unassailable logic.

    My gut is getting an order of 2-3 cases of four packs might be an easier package up and receipt to read as opposed to an order receipt of 72 beers.

    You know there would be boat loads of 48-72 singles orders. Nate won’t stand for CVS receipts!

    I'm a goddamn sucker for strawberry notes in an IPA. Perfect Storm hits that for me, but this sounds like that on crack. Count me the fuck in

    Does that mean charlton serves in glasses even on a busy Saturday?

    I like the idea of the 'find the limit' series for stouts. However, it's less appealing when you realize they're basically selling test batches to us at full price

    A non-lactose, non-adjunct, straight up oatmeal stout? Hell yes.

    Fair enough, still disagree. Also, you’re really comparing Fox Farm to TH in terms of volume? Fox Farm has three hazy beers currently available, 2 of which were canned 6 weeks ago.

    The Reverend was one of their best, most under-appreciated non-IPA’s ever. And at 7.2%, right in my sweet spot. And I’d even be willing to humor the occasional graham cracker-marshmallow variant if absolutely necessary.

    I never had a chance to try Drivetrain but, judging from the fact it never reappeared, I guess it wasn’t well received.

    @DigitalNate …begging for a 7.5% oatmeal stout here!

    Too funny… I just opened the Tree House to-go menu and the first can listed is Heavenly, a 5.7% oatmeal stout. How did he do that?!

    Can we meet in the middle with 2-packs across the board?

    There are arguments for ease of visibility with 4-packs, but there are still 2-packs that make it tricky even for me to count up my order to see how many cases I'll have as a sanity check that I'm walking away with the correct amount of beer. More than once this has tripped up staff members as well.

    Standardizing everything into 2-packs would be the simplest solution.

    But let's not pretend any of this actually matters in light of the real reason 4-packs are the minimum...

    Most of the orders that I’ve picked up (Tewksbury) have been placed into a cardboard flat without plastic 4 pack holders. So, when I ordered 2 - 4 packs, someone counted out 8 beers and placed them into a cardboard flat. Is this not the norm?

    The last time I got cans from Charlton and deerfield, they were loose like that, with no 4 pack holders. I prefer that.

    Then you don't remember what it was like in Charlton when it was raining and you'd had to park in the upper parking lot and you had to push a two-wheeler with maybe five cases of loose cans and by the time you were halfway back to your car the cardboard was melting and you had to walk backwards hugging the disintegrating boxes to keep the cans from rolling out into the woods.

    This is the norm. I've never, at least in my memory, seen four pack holders at Tree House. I don't go regularly though.
