    Another One. An IPA brewed by Maine Beer Company. Good stuff.

    Mobjack oysters and little neck clams tonight. Bought a few stouts to pair with them.

    Highly recommended by a co-worker, at Derive Brewing and ready to take some 6 oz pours to sample town. Starting off with a little D-IPA called Scratchy Green Sweaters and this is a tasty one! :yum:

    After looking at the menu, things are starting to look like an evening of D-IPA sampling.

    Prost! :heavymetal::nerd::beers: !!

    Ran my errands, then popped into the pub to meet a brewer from Tripping Animals (Miami) and drink his “Killer Kolsch” on tap…a lovely beer this hot as f**k afternoon. Also drank a Wild Wild West (WC DIPA) from Dream State. No posts, as usual, too busy meeting new people and enjoying TBBW camaraderie…

    A short, early ending TBBW day for me…now back at the condo with a dinner prep beer on the balcony - WW’s “Pernicious”:

    [IMG]

    It’s 82° with a slight breeze at 6pm…taco Tuesday, er, Wednesday but I don’t want to fire up the meat (or oven) just yet, so I’m going to chill for a few minutes and drink some beer and prep veggies.

    Cheers y’all!

    Poured a nice golden orange body, clear; modest carbonation; thick, frothy, white head; small fingers and patches of foam in the glass. Exudes a mellow combination of light malt and citrus; orange and tangerine. Lightly sweet biscuit backbone taste; moderate bit of hop bitterness; light lemon and orange fruitiness. Medium body; decent residual sugar feel; a light dryness offsets a light sweetness on the palate.

    A very pleasant tasting pale ale highlighting a nice interplay between the Citra and Centennial hops. Subtle malt and citrus flavors play well together, creating a very enjoyable beer.
