Well it's a new year; 2023. New Breweries are popping up everywhere and sometimes they slide under the rader being local. I thought I would start a thread, the first for this year for all the Canadian BAs to post information and give a shout out to all the new or near new breweries. Please post! New Ritual in Oshawa is sadly closing down. I only enjoyed a few of their beers during their short life. The good news is that it will reopen as Lightcadster Brewing. I know one owners also the brewer (formerly of Manantler, and Chronicle) who is sticking around and I was in speaking with one of the new owners, nice chap, owners a cider company as well and is very enthusiastic about the rebranding. More to come on this!
