Putting all my lagers in the cellar, should be exquisite as time progresses.

Drinking a Fusion now. Looks really dark and oxcidized. Definitely get banana, but not much else. Possibly a bad can?

I would enjoy learning from them how lagers get better as time progresses......oh no wait, now in the 2nd sentence we've quickly reduced to just "hold up"......as in...clinging on for dear life?

I've noticed that the lager/classic style output has reigned back in the last couple months. They still have some pretty old offerings (for their standards) available for sale. It's a shame, too, because they're all very enjoyable. The IPAs are still what dominate sales

I gotta shout out Stately Honey.

Now I'm not saying it's a lighter, table version of Anna...but that's the first thing that comes to mind.

The only thing I'd say it needs is a bit more carbonation.

    Data Set 7:

"For this data set we used a familiar NEIPA Yeast to produce a classic hazy profile. Throughout the fermentation process this beer produced uncanny peach notes reminiscent of some of our favorite batches of the haze lineup. The beer pours a beautiful golden orange with a luscious foam that clings to the glass. Delicate floral notes of white peach and apricot overwhelm the senses while flavors of summer cobblers and ripe yellow farm-stand peaches are carried across the pallet (), one sip of this beer and it’s easy to why New England’s beloved hazy IPAs swept the country and influenced brewers across the globe."

is this a Tree House made with Conan?? Instant must try for me if so

I suppose yellow farm-stand peaches could be carried across pallets and not just our palates… being that they’re farm-stand peaches and not store-bought peaches

Just noticed a band I love (Yo La Tengo) are playing at Tree House S. Deerfield. Didn't know concerts at TH were a thing. I don't mean to get this thread off track but can anyone just briefly speak to what the concert experience is like there?
