I know this is true now, but the podcast interview I'm recalling is from at least 4 or 5 years ago when it was not.

 

Anybody check out the collab Rev did with Hopewell called Logan Export? Had it the other day and thought it was pretty decent.

 

Pretty sure they've had the same liquor license since, uh, forever, but I can't prove it so I'll stand down.

I found this lacking when it was released, compared to the first canned version...but having enjoyed it on draft a few times since, I'm excited to revisit.

Always pumped to have one of these beauties

Straight Jacket (2019)
Just my gateway drug to barleywines, in a 4 year old vintage kept in pristine conditions at the brewery

Deth's Tar (2021)
Never upset to add one of these to the fridge. Wont' be there long.

Ryeway to Heaven (2019)
Can't go wrong with any of the mainstays, especially once the canning era started.

Not a huge maple guy, but whatever, I'll crush this.

A bit of a mixed bag, but if I knew what I was getting ahead of time I still would have plunked down my hundo. What can I say, I'm a FUPA god, through & through.

 

This made me laugh after a long day of yardwork and a Thundertaker!
I wanted to "Like" this, and Laugh.
Me and @tiffman passed on Lotto boxes since we have had all of these in large quanties (and may still have some ).

I'm a young ass dad (well, my daughter is 3. I'm not inherently 'young'), and this is 100% my life. If I didn't have a calendar to put shit on, I'd go absolutely crazy. And, for sure, nothing is happening if it doesn't go on the calendar.

 

Nothing pressing for me on 6/2...I'm in!

 

Would be nice to meet some other rev fans but I’m playing chauffeur to some Swifties that night. Next time!

No worries. I'm a big Hopleaf fan and enjoyed listening to him talk about the business the few times I had a chance. I might misremember what I heard.

I did something right because I got an Apple Brandy Ryeway in my mystery box!
Also got a 2021 Cafe Deth, Maple Deth, and 2019 Ryeway. Pretty happy with everything.
Also had Piggy and Amburana VSOJ. Really enjoyed both but thought the Amburana was fantastic

 

The Logan Export Dortmunder Lager is enjoyable! I get fresh bread flavors, a hint of orange peel & some nice mineral water notes.
