    Enjoying this new offering from just up the road. Accompanied by my Homemade Chicken Soup made with Braised Chicken Thighs, Asparagus, Roasted Red Peppers, Chayote Squash, Crimini Mushrooms, Onions, Garlic, Thyme, S&P.

    I needed a couple of Julius(es?) to get me through dinner prep tonight. We do EveryPlate from 3-5 meals a week, but I also had a bunch of extra veggies on hand, and had to split it four ways (including one vegetarian), so this wound up more of a kitchen sink approach ... and everyone approved. :grinning:

    Happy 420 BA’s! I was partaking in some garlic cookies indica earlier this evening to do my part. Right now, I’m enjoying a Torpedo while watching the nhl playoffs. I’ve been working my way through a 12-pack of the Torpedo and I’ll probably pick up another in the near future.

    Why less sausage in the middle? It was a lot thinner there after rising so edge sausage is what we get. A switch over to Crikey IPA from Reuben's and a pic of an interesting tree from the Rabbit Mt. hike

    Good evening! After a few days off from the juice, I'm back. Starting my weekend tonight. Starting with a beer sent by @CarolinaCardinals in a recent trace. Appalachian Walker from Olde Hickory Brewing in North Carolina. A barleywine aged in brandy barrels. Great beer! Notes over in the barleywine thread. Cheers all!

    I know you're the same (only more talented and accomplished!). I execute very few recipes without my own tweaks, at a minimum. This one wound up a pretty significant departure. I had to split it two ways, instead of four, and one serving for a vegetarian; I added yellow onion, garlic, and green bell pepper, all of which were not in the original recipe; I added 25% more noodles to support splitting, as well as additional liquid (I didn't think I needed more stock); I avoided mixing any meat-based stock or frond with the vegetables for the sake of my step-son, even knowing that the frond would add amazing flavor to the vegetables. I added a Thai garlic-pepper sauce for heat for me and my partner.

    I always cook from a combination of experience, heart, and inspiration. Tonight's ramen wound up amazing; I'm pretty damn well pleased. I have no doubt that you could have done even more with the recipe, ingredients, and my pantry, brother. :slight_smile:
