Samichlaus in Chicago? How hard to get?

    Hey guys, trying to find a few bottles for my brother in law for his bday. Is this hard to find in the city? If you know of any place that has some, a little heads up would be great. Happy Holidays and cheers!

    Just called Warehouse, they had some guy come in a buy all 6 4pks they had. :slight_frown: Don't know if i want to try to trade for this at the moment, i think im going to keep trying to find some at a store around town. If i get desparate my Brother might have to enjoy another beer, maybe a Black Tuesday.

    This shouldn't be that hard to find. I've seen sitting on shelves at multiple Binny's locations in the burbs.

    bradner and Bay01 are correct. Almost any Binny's in the greater Chicagoland area should have some on the shelves at $19.99 a 4-pack. Some let you buy singles for around $5.19 a bottle (if memory serves me here).

    One of my personal favorites. Cheers and good luck with the hunt!

    thanks guys, i found a few bottles today and tcman128 is correct they wer around $5.19 a bottle. Cheers!

    I did that tonight at castle...except also pulled a BCBCS and a 120 min (and passed on black ops). It was refreshing to grab such great stuff off the shelf without the hunt.

    Is the bomber this year's release? Didn't know they made this in a larger format than 12ozs.

    This is the only larger format bottle I have seen in the last few years...it's a limited edition 20th Anniversary, and it's lagered for 20 months I guess. It's super tasty, I have 4 or 5 of them put away from 2020.
