I’ve done Whiskey Hill the last two years, and wasn’t going to do it this year (probably because I’m annoyed they scheduled the member party and barrel tasting on days I couldn’t make it.). But the smaller bottle sizes (500 instead of 750) perversely lured me back in.

Anyone score the "Cuppa Neat" non-sweetened Barrel Aged stout?

I got a 2 pack, but a friend struck out a minute after it went live on OZNR (don't fret, I'm sharing). Not sure if it's a tiny batch or demand was through the roof...or both!

Lately I've found the Cuppa series almost undrinkably sweet, so I'm excited to have this iteration.

 

Last year’s Cuppa Neat was the best thing Maplewood put out all year, so the demand was warranted. Looking forward to it for sure!

 

I bought one. My buddy swung and missed. We're just gonna split it.

 

“32oz of liquid for me, 2 elegant-if-empty aluminum cans for you! That’ll be $13 please.”

I also purchased some, and was curious at the lack of chatter on here given the instant sellout. Was expecting at least 2 pages of “oznr is the worst!” content.

I also have heard hype about the brothership banana stout lottery, but I don’t believe Mokena is a real place and/or don’t want to be lured into werewolf country for a $30 500ml stout. That’s Phase 3’s job.
