"...classic, sessionable styles that are special to us but never going to generate the excitement of certain other styles....quietly producing simple, understated beers really well has become our signature..."

New England Real Ale Exhibition – Spoke with Pete on the floor, and touched on temperature: there is a chiller in the center that is not proportionate. Granted, they are all at cellar temp, so no issues. However, the pistons on the end slightly benefit, given the slightly optimized °F –

    Sidenote:
    • Preference to full pints, which became an issue on Chiffchaff, as a top-up was required = slight line holdup

Unfortunately no, but wouldn’t be surprised to see Pete pick this up, considering his influence & a/the 2024 NERAX host

Deep Ellum is likely to pick this up as well, perhaps sooner than BB +

On a seperate note, and in regards to -

Ian was able to secure a tenancy at JWF, which will take place soon. However, his preference (especially on the English pale ale) is a sparkler, which Jason & Andre do not use, as shown previously. So, there is some apprehension...he'll do fine

I’ve not seen Drop Off Service have cask on since before Covid. Is it going to be regularly on there now?
