I’m wearing a life jacket to DLD expecting something similar to that 2 ft of rain that Florida got recently.

Sybris - 2:30pm-3:00 pm
Enforced - 3:30pm-3:45pm
Pelican - 4:45pm-5:30pm
Municipal Waste - 6:00pm-6:45pm
Cannibal Corpse - 7:20pm-8:30pm

 

So no bands until 2:30pm? That goes against the ear mashing atmosphere of early a.m. Dark Lord Day.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing, but that is what is posted on the DLD Instagram page.

 

There has to be something to fill the morning. Surprise guest band? FFF employee bands in the a.m.? Comedy stylings of Nick Floyd?

 

For real, 2:30 is late af. Although, perhaps those earlier times never had a lot of attendees. I know I never migrated over to the stage until after I popped most of my bottles and made my way around the guest drafts 5-10 times over.

Anyone know of local events / releases on DLD-eve?

Flossmoor Station has Kick Off to Summer Beer Fest f/k/a #pDLD. BA Maple Shadow of the Moon tapping but don't see any bottle release info. Two fruited IPAs for can releases.
