How soon will customers start demanding places like Tree House just start selling them hop pellets to chew on?

I haven't had a ton of Tree House lagers but I'm not sure what the benefit is of them making so many if they're going to sit around for a while. They're the ones that are about fresh fresh fresh but now they're starting to bend on that because batches of these beers are sitting around? I feel like I question whether it's viable for them to make these beers. It just seems a bit hypocritical to me or kind of an erosion of what they value. And honestly, one of the charms about Tree House is that they seem to be a brewery that actually has some values.

But I'm also one of those going to TH for IPAs and going other places for lagers.
Didn't you hear? Those are the bar snacks right now.

Maybe there was a miscommunication (shocking on the internets). I wasn't complaining about 1-2 month old beer. I'm talking about the possibility that there could be an option for sale on their website that was canned/bottled a year prior (with no quick and easy way to know that). At what point is there a cut off, and what does TH do in that case? Just eat the loss and dump it?

I’ve heard that they started tossing / giving month old ipas to employees. I’m not sure if it’s true, but if it is, I would take a guess that they have some sort of quality control going on with aging lagers as well.

I’m the exact opposite with Tree House. I feel like they drop off considerably in taste quicker than any of the big breweries out there. Still think they are the best and most consistent spot in the country for hops but they lose they zip for me in relatively short time.

Monkish has the longest staying power for me. I swear their cans taste exactly the same even months later.

I am not sure what drives these beers. Is Tree House still a gotta catch em all brewery? Can anyone keep up at this point? I am all for innovation and trying new things. I don't know if this is something that was needed. Some times, it just feels like they're bored.

Given the videos, brewing capacity, increases, coffee, spirits, construction and travel. They are the least bored brewery in the country

So, what has everyone else been up to lately?

    In a Dream [4-Pack]

    $21.20

(Double IPA, 8.2% ABV, 16oz) Whether in the vast expanse of the cosmos above, or the final frontier of our own planet, deep within the uncharted depths of our oceans, we dwell amidst the parentheses of enigma. We, as humans, seem to be the exact wrong size to decipher the hidden cogs that mold our fate while distant realms linger on either side of us, on both macro and microscales. When our conscious selves grapple with these impenetrable barriers, at times all we can do is surrender to slumber and let our minds toil freely. Countless dilemmashave been resolved, meanings unraveled, and muses stirred in the mystic workings of the unconscious mind. These profound insights often vanish when scrutinized, darting away like hares into the foggy undergrowth, yet occasionally, under just the right circumstances, they can be gently persuaded into the light. ‘In a Dream’ is an ode to possibilities that have been plucked from the ether and materialized into reality. It’s a rich, Double IPA that pours a vibrant mix of orange and yellow, beneath dreamy clouds of white foam. Brimming with generous amounts of Eclipse hops, this beer erupts with a torrent of citrusy delights. The air is perfumed with the scents of mandarin orange and grapefruit zest, succeeded by crisp, hoppy resins. We Invite you to relish this remarkable beverage with someone worthy of sharing your dreams.

Eureka with citra today. That’s my summer go to and I like stocking up but I’m swamped right now. Does it last more than 2 weeks no problem usually? I feel like more beers of TH are around longer nowadays as others have mentioned but I’d hate to miss it this spring.
