That's why Bell's edges out Founders for me. I haven't had KBS yet but Expedition Stout is right there with FBS for me.

As i have recently discovered that i can drink Abyss & Dissident over and over again for the rest of my life. I would have to say Deschutes.

Their year rounds are solid and their seasonal/limited releases are amazing.

Good answer. Deschutes does most styles and do them fairly well.

And because of Dissident, i'm officially gonna start exploring sour, fruit, lambic, etc brews, which i have never really tried before.

They're Fucking amazing. I fought sours for years, but now I'm hooked. It's like rediscovering the ipa. A new fresh style to keep me going.

Sierra Nevada is lacking. Hopheads have a hard time letting go of the sticky icky. Eventually the hop abrasion gets a bit old. Don't get me wrong. I love a hoppy brew here and there but the hops can get a bit old.

This is easy, Kuhnhenn. Their line-up top to bottom is top notch.

I'm with you on this. Surly hasn't let me down yet.

Russian River doesnt make barrel-aged stouts. Founders doesn't make sours. So I'll go with Hill Farmstead.

Alpine, Hill Farmstead, Cantillon, would be my choices.

Oh shit, Hill Farmstead is the correct answer! Forget my previous post about FFF, Hill Farmstead is the most obvious choice. Every beer is made exactly as I'd want it, usually before I even know I want it done that way.

I'd definitely say 3 Floyds or Founders. Love almost everything from both breweries. Russian River is great but I dont like how fast Pliny and Blind Pig fall off if not fresh...

I really tried to find something other than SN, but... Celebration, Narwhal, Ruthless Rye, Bigfoot, Hoptimum, Nothern Hemisphere, Southern Hemisphere, Estate, and Beer Camp offerings make it tough to go another direction.

If they came out with any sours it would be game over.
