    Happy Friday one and all!

    I don't know about you guys, but I'm looking forward to a couple of days off work. If only I can convince my brain not to wake me at 3am tomorrow thinking about Monday, I'll be fine!

    This beer should help with the drowsiness at any rate; a 14% ABV monster from Bottle Logic courtesy of @TurkeysDrinkBeer . It's still cold and a little harsh, but I reckon we'll warm into each other over the next little while!

    In Exeter for a couple of days visiting some lovely old pubs. Currently in The Ship Inn, dates back to the 13th century and Walter Raleigh has been here apparently!

    Good day BAs! Thanks @AzfromOz for starting us off! And @Dethark, I checked FB, Twitter, Instagram, etc. and no one has seen Raleigh there in ages!

    Not good - definitely unlike any orange creamsicle I've ever consumed. Except for the word "creamsicle" in the name, I probably would have rated it higher - shattered expectations! Rating 3.12, rDev -12.6%.

    Semi-hazy, orange body; nice carbonation; thick, sculpted, semi-creamy white head. Fresh citrus and tropical fruit aroma; mango and tangerine. Pleasant yet muted taste; citrus-forward; orange and grapefruit; very sedate biscuit-like malt undercurrent; fairly strong hop bitterness. Full body; slightly acidic and tart; juicy; touch of dryness at the finish.

    A pretty tasty New England-style India pale ale, that leans more towards a west coast-style IPA than a full-blown NEIPA juice bomb.

    ...first heard this version of this song on an old CBS Records guitar compilation album - 'The Guitars That Destroyed The World'...
