    Best beer I had on my trip up north
    Drakes - Drakonic Imperial Stout What a treat to run into a great Stout

    Also had Jolly Rodger which i believe was a BBA Stout with Coffee at 16.7% ( i think). It was ok but im over the whole BBA Coffee stuff for the time being

    I wish i could find Drakonic in packs. None were available at Dealership and nothing on map .
    I loved every sip of it .

    A very solid beer and brewery. If you like Barleywines don't ever pass up Bourbon O.E as well!

    Zebulon is ny favorite brewery of that state and possibly the region . Cardinal was generous enough to send me the 1840s RIS version both BA and Base and shit knocked my danged socks off. Hard to explain, but i think i was meant to be born in that era...before adjuncts:wink:

    They're both great, but this years Parabola is just fucking awesome.
    Last years Paraboloid is Definitely better than this years though.

    Skookum - Solitary Confinement

    never had anything from this brewery but this was damn good. no additives - just barrel and beer. more dark fruit and bourbon forward with a nice mouthfeel. solid. cheers!!

    Needs to be more RIS with vanilla. The bitter/roasty balances out the vanilla nicely.

    Lupulin Pumpkin Spice Demigod BBA Imperial Stout, 12.8% ABV. I rated this 3.96, and may have been too generous. Was hoping for more, which I too often find myself saying about pumpkin beers.

    Lupulin Maple Bourbon BA Imperial Stout, 12% ABV. Tastes nearly as good as CBS. I rated this 4.51.

    Enjoying a pastry stout from Eighth State out of Greenville, SC from former BA @BMBCLT.
    The main flavors coming thru are carrot cake, cassia, and vanilla. No coffee notes which is sorely needed for balancing purposes. Overall a fun beer to try but too sweet for my palate. Rated 4.09.
