same boat, i have almost 0 interest in trying anything over 9%, and i don't even really like to go above 8% too much. beyond the taste, i just don't want to be piss drunk from 2 beers.

I'm not a fan of triples either, but somebody must be, they don't keep doing things that lose money...

Triples makes it safe. Triples is best.

To the comment a little further up:

I find the Charlton draft list strange also. Very few "Summer" beers, and strangely, no Julius on draft. Maybe people just don't get the OG offerings on tap as much because they can buy the cans whenever they want? I just feel like Julius being their flagship, would be on tap at all times.

Haven't been up in over a year and can't wait to be back in a few weeks

I find they usually have 2/3 core beers on tap, but point taken.

the classics bar has a few “summer” beers, assuming you’re not categorizing lagers as summer beers

I do believe it’s just that in this day and age many people have had Julius who visit. So why take up tap space for the more innovative stuff they do.

Also, given the sheer size of the list being 79 draft currently available for onsite pours I don’t see how there aren’t “summer beers”? There are 3 styles of Eureka on the classics draft list alone, plus countless low abv lagers/pils

No other brewery can touch this

Totally my mistake. I didn't click on the 'Classic bar' tab. Doh!

Probably just sold out since the last batch (current) was canned 5/24. I’d imagine another batch is due.

Yeah, it wasn't on when I was at Charlton on 5/21 either. I would rather grab Julius than any of the other beers I got. Weird that there's been a couple of patches without Julius availability.

I think Julius is still one of the best sellers, Memorial Day weekend had to have wiped them out, I think I noticed several core beers were gone by Saturday. I assume they’ll have a batch next week.

Mad I missed Double Baked. It was hanging around way longer than I expected. Didn’t think there was much of a chance it would be there when I go

Bought another recently since it lingered so long. Figured it had to go sometime and it was this week. One of their best beers, imho, in a long while.

I’m for TH finally started releasing non-blended BA stouts. The couple I’ve had recently were phenomenal.

If you haven’t had Truth, it’s probably my favorite. First released 3-4 years ago I think?

First time I had this was at their 3rd anniversary party in 2015. Not sure that it was their first BA stout released, but they’ve been doing them for a long time to your point.

    What a day that was.
