A beer that suits the weather..... Pacifico. Heading to Ormond beach Thursday for two nights, so tomorrow, even tho off work, will be prepping the yard and pool to be gone. I swear I could pressure clean something two hours a day for the next five years......and bitch mode is turned off.....

A little cotija and some of that salsa verde on there as well as fresh onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime. Got to keep that XXXtra Hot Yucateca on deck!

Last of this Im sure. Classic Stone. Bitter as heck and dry, clear. Light caramel malts.

 

Can’t go wrong with tacos of any style I say! Especially slow braiding some beer of any sort. Might do some lengua next time…

2nd that and been driving them for over (23) years. My 2010 9-5 Aero went to the shop today (via tow truck ), coolant exploded all over the engine last Thursday night and looking at an $800 repair when the parts arrive. Not cheap but it'll be the last one I'll ever get to own and want to keep it on the road as long as possible. The Turbo V6 is a beast and can tear it up.
