Wow, so I'm impressed, part of a mixed pack from Great Lakes. When I went to rate it, turns out I've never had this style before. Of the 787 European/Dortmunder Export Lagers listed on this site it's the #1 ranked. 16-time World Beer Championship medal winner (gold or silver) since 1994.

More snappy Czech Pale Lager on a Friday afternoon. Halfway Crooks Beer Deset Czech style Pale Lager. Checks in at a very sessionable 3.9% abv. Herbal, spicy and with a hint of lemon. Cheers BAs!

A little over a year ago I ventured further into AAL land to see if I could discover anything I enjoyed more than a PBR. Tried ~30 or so.

I did... MHL & Banquet.

Fantastic to revisit the former fave tho. It's really tasty!

I've become quite fond of this brewery and this Kellerbier in particular. I know a lot of BAs don't think of most lagers as having a nice aroma but this one just smells heavenly to me. Earthy, herbal and grainly. Love it! Cheers all!

 

That's probably still the best IPA made around here IMHO. Wouldn't have expected any less from @BrewsOverHoes. Three Taverns makes a good one too. And I'm always partial to the old school Sweetwater IPA, but CCB has it going with Trop. Cheers!
