    Excellent dark gold body, very clear; thin yet dense and creamy head. Light caramel nose; light herbal note. The taste is low-key toasted malt with a slight hop herbal zest. Outstanding mouthfeel; smooth with a refined velvety feel; pillowy residual sugar feel.

    I detest nitro cans yet will still try beers packaged that way. Sure enough, the initial gush of foam spills over the can and splashes on the floor. Other than that, this is a tasty beer with a wonderful mouthfeel. Would the smell and flavor be more intense without the nitrogen packaging? Perhaps. Maybe I'll find such an offering for this beer.

    The loss of life is sad indeed, however the fact that they died quickly rather than have lived for several days while their oxygen was being depleted could be considered a blessing.
