This has long been my favorite beer, but that's been fading due to the difficulty of finding it, let alone finding it fresh. Even Total Wine doesn't have it around here - it's as hard to find now as Heady Topper.

I don't know whatever happened - it used to be readily available around here and then it disappeared for awhile and about 6 months later came back in the format of 16 oz beers instead of 12 oz, and now it's become impossible to find again.

Stone IPA is rapidly starting to become my go to beer and my love of the Hippie Chick is fading. This one is 6 months old and it tastes it - no floral hoppiness to it at all.

Never thought I'd be saying this, but it pretty much sucks at this point.

Okay - dinner pic - leftover Chicken Tikka Masala from last night. It was really good and really spicy hot - my eyes were watering lol. I threw 12 Thai chilies in it when I was cooking it. It was hotter the 2nd time around.

Fun to see this beer, from the BrewKettle - nicely done!

Good evening, all! Stopped in at Tellurian Brewing, Charles City, IA, for a flight before heading to a W&S tasting in Waverly. (l-r) 7 Mile Helles; Hefeweizen; Day Drink Session IPA; Task Failed Successfully Centennial DIPA. I don't know what it is about these Iowa brewers (shout outs to SingleSpeed, Lion Bridge, PIVO, and of course TG) that makes them so successful with a variety of styles, but Tellurian really nailed it with these. Cheers!

Also picked up the SN Fan Favorites variety pack here in Charles City. Can't wait to get to that Flipside. :yum:

Its hot as hell out in Houston...again. Got a double dose of Equal Parts Loggerbier and Towns Van Zandt Live at the Old Quarter in Houston to help out. One of the best live albums ever.

...and to piggyback @champ103 my favorite Townes, in tribute by Steve Earle. Steve has used Tony Fitzpatrick for his album art for years now. Pretty distinctive, and I have come to appreciate it.

Got a bit carried away with the pour. Never used to appreciate bitter beer. This is bitter and good.

Yep, same when he did the artwork for his Guy Clark and tribute to his son, Justin's album as well. Its not perfect, but that is partly why I love this version of Mr Mudd so much.

    Dinner looks great Larry.
Have reached out to Cambridge Brewing to find out what going on? I used to see it around here in numerous stores all the time but I can’t remember the last time I saw it.

My first beer from the WCIPA box that @Todd put together, this checks all my WCIPA boxes - dank citrus, loads of flavor, crushingly dry. Absolutely love it.

PS: these curated boxes are a treasure, and another reason why BA is the shizzle in my dizzle.

#2, this is my last one of these in this format (I think I have a 750ML bottle around here somewhere), and with nearly 4 years of whiskers on it, this is still world class, IMHO. Absolutely love it.
