    Having Nine Pennies - a DDH Saison form my local nano-brewery. It's pretty good I must say.

    St. Louis ribs for dinner - I cooked them in the oven because it was too hot out and I was too lazy to fire up the smoker. They came out delicious regardless.

    Had them with a cucumber/tomato salad which was a perfect counter since the ribs were spicy hot. You know some Thai chilies found their way onto those ribs :wink::sunglasses:
