Here is another delicious American IPA, courtesy of BA's house drummer, @LesDewitt4beer. @AdmiralOzone, if I knew you were still drinking beers, I would have picked you up on the way to our Minnesota meet-up last weekend. @MadMadMike, I was not aware new Marduk music was released. It sounds great. In the same style of music, check out the new Tsjuder album. It is the best of the genre, in quite some time.

I plan to stop by the downtown location before the Pantera show on 7/31/23, but I may need to make an appearance at the new location before that.

Chinese food for lunch, bourbon chicken with pork fried rice and an eggroll. In my hand is a Tree House Bright DIPA with Nelson and it's amazing!

Back for the evening shift at the Virtual Bar, just made the decision to go to York on my vacation in early September, looking forward to that!

It does my heart good to know you are drinking a Virginia beer! Hardywood’s “west campus” is about five miles from my house yet I have been there only just a half dozen times.

Can't believe it's been a week already since Leadville Run Camp.
Here's a cool little summary clip of the camp experience, starting with the night run, and extending into the next days' runs to Twin Lakes and some good climbs on Hope Pass.
    Cheers, everyone.

I'm assuming you're talking about York, in the UK? And if so I'm assuming you're already planning a visit to both of The Trembling House of Madness sites?

York is such a beautiful city with an amazing array of pubs and bars.

Here is an absolutely refreshing Minnesota beer, courtesy of @Victory_Sabre1973, who celebrated a huge milestone this week. @JamFuel, it is good to hear you made plans to travel to an area where my ancestors, such as my great-uncle, Ivar the Boneless, once ruled, while your ancestors went east. Too bad you, once again, failed to plan a trip to Chicago, IL, where I would pick you up at the airport. It seems you have selected a fate that does not involve having all your craft beer fantasies fulfilled. I am sure you have a good reason.

    1) Off Color Tooth and Claw (5.0%): A Czech-style Pilsner from Chicago with flavors of pale malt, earthy bread malt with hints of oak and honey.
    versus
    2) Bauhaus Wonderstuff (5.4%): A Czech-style Pilsner from Minnesota that has flavors of lemon bread, bread yeast, and slightly salty and bitter flavors. (Correctly matched the two beers blind)

    Winner:
    2) Bahaus Wonderstuff:
Czech Pils Battle. A great style and still don't see enough of these even in the lager craze. Off Color is fantastic at brewing and makes a good Czech Pils here. Maybe it's something about putting Sue the dinosaur on your beer. Bahaus Wondestuff may be my current favorite American-made Czech Pils. Lots of lemon bread, yeast, even with the buttery, salty, and bitter finish. Bahaus isn't super well-known, but this is a mighty little Czech Pils.

Well, the main reason is strictly financial. I ain’t flying no economy class for ten hours! So gotta save up for it!
