DanzBorin is spot on! Creme Brulee sounded awesome to me. First sip was intriguing, second sip resulted in multiple cavities. Simply too sweet. Choklat, Mokah, Java, Oat, Unearthly, 2IPA, Pumpking all above average.

I'm going to have to disagree with the both of ya. I enjoyed Creme Brulee. Can't wait to try the others. Except Pumking. I'm over the spiced beers for now.

Icetrauma, don't know you but have seen your posts and sure we'd get along. If I can dig up any more Creme Brulee, it is yours gratis! But think I used our last bottle on a batch of pancakes. :-)

Brought some back from the East Coast and we drank it this weekend. Pancakes was our exact idea. Well, drinking beer at 7am with pancakes was the idea. It was more about how to make it seem less like... uh... a problem.

I will agree that Mocha and choklat are far better than Creme brulee but i also liked CB for what it was.

then again im a ridiculous sweet eater lol

My parents, who live in Florida, are huge fans... but I honestly think of them at around the same level as Shipyard... they make 1-2 beers that are above average, but nothing stellar or absolutely nuts.

Has anyone been talking about the fact that Shipyard is in town now as well?

Southern Tier is blah... Everything I had was overly sweet and a drainpour. The only one I actually drank and enjoyed was Pumpking. Havent tried unearthy but after everything else I had wasn't excited to seek it.

Heard that in ATX, Keg 1 might be the distributor. That's rumor from my Keg 1 guy. He said they're getting "Southern" something in April. he thought it was "Point" but that's not a brewery and he got that confused with Ballast Point, which their rollout meeting is next week for.

I love me some Pumking. I can't wait to get it locally instead of having my brother from Chicago hold ship them to me.
