    what are your dates? we are monitoring the beer every day (and often every hour) to make sure it's in top shape. we are hopeful for the 14th/15th but can't guarantee.

    Will be passing through on the 8th and potentially on the weekend of the 18th. I did opt in for the text updates from your website. I assume I should hear something from that prior to opening.

    Now officially open. Open at 10 am on Sundays, so I came out before things heated up.

    I'd kill to have a brewery like that within a few miles of me. Probably a good thing I don't though, because I would spend to much time and money there! Love the outdoor beer garden, a definite plus in the South. Prost!

    Love that they served the Kellerbier in a Steinkrug! I'll be rolling in to town on Saturday (Sept.16) to check this place out.
