Hey. We have always had some beers that are only available at the brewery. But this year we installed a new pilot brew house and that has allowed us to make more consistent small batches that are only available at the brewery. Some of these beers are pilot beers that will enter distribution in the future. This also allows us to have a larger variety of rotating beers available at the Beer Hall.

Anyone know when distro of the fest collab could reasonably be expected? Say in Springfield area? Cheers!

It will be going to distributors on Monday. Should see it at some spots by the end of next week, though some might take until the following week.

While your answering questions, while using the lager locator, is the fall fest mix pack searchable specifically or do I just see who has the variety pack?

The variety fest pack is selectable to search for.

Maybe this is old news, but I was catching the commuter rail up to Beverly last week and discovered that the Jacks Abby Track Zero Taproom in the North Station waiting room has an exclusive Jacks Abby beer - "Track Zero Double Hoppy Lager." It's a soft and juicy NEIPA-style lager with Galaxy and Citra hops. 7.4% ABV.

This is their answer to a the subdivision, of discontinued – hazy – ales...
They have resounded this element via the ‘Chill Series', which was primed/planned in 2022 (Post below is a 2023 recap) ….

Irrespective, they do (still) pursue legitimate products per recent partnerships (e.g. Goldfinger, Weihenstephan, Bierstadt, Wibby…) + would like to see Jack revisit Überholt (non-partnered), or entertain PET-acclimatization per -

I was in Maine for most of the summer so I didn't get a chance to harass my local packy to get these back in stock. Good to hear that they weren't discontinued after the label change.

just had a tall boy of the Rice Lager tonight. it was great with the yellow coconut bean curry on rice with market basket rotisserie chicken i slapped together. I also had a steak and veggie pie that it washed well.

is Fire in The Ham still kickin around? I cant get any of the smoked beers in distribution to Maine. that's the beer I sip outside in early November by a fire while you eat pistachios and venison jerky and smoke a joint. love it that stuff.

Good stuff. Plan on doing a blind side by side with Weihenstephan’s Fest. Should have turned my mug around, that’s also my Weihenstephan mug.

@JacksAbbyBrewing I noticed that Fest of Both Worlds is no longer listed on the online ordering website for the beer hall. Is it still available for purchase there? (If so, hoping it will still be in stock next week when I make a trip over.)

We are out of cans at the beer hall right now. We do have a small second batch that will be available again the week of 9/15.

Thanks for the quick reply (by the way, it is great to have you active and responsive on these boards--I know we can be a tough lot, thanks for sticking with us). I don't think I can make it down for the festivities that weekend, so looks like it is time to hop on the lager locator to try to track some down.

I really didn't expect it to sell out so quickly, but just learned from a younger relative about FOMO and how it can drive buying frenzies. Maybe that contributed a bit here?

At least as of this past weekend, there was plenty at the Wegmans in Medford by me. Might try looking at a Wegmans near you (if there's one) or a bigger box store like Total Wine.
