So, I was going through some boxes tonight, and saw several packaged beers from the recent past (since BBT '22). Got me thinking. Liked Loam a lot. The gin BA w/ spruce tips was great. There are obviously some perennial favorites.

Curious what sours/saisons people have really loved over the past yearish. We don't talk about them much, and I can't take them much (too acidic overall, gut can't take it), but always curious what the "fan favorites" are.

 

SdF Pinot of course. I could drink that beer every day. La Ruche is no slouch either.

 

SdF pinot has been so consistent and so good the last 2-3 blends. i agree, @Vitacca , could drink it every day.

also, i’ll throw out the single farm series and the DH white labels. fantastic.

on a more one-off note a la fois was excellent. super drinkable.

 

La Belle Fleur Mango Tangerine is perfection
Single farm Nelson was the best of a fantastic series
A la fois was great
Merci- 10 year was top notch
Au Revoir was unique and super refreshing

But truly I love them all, saisons for life

I dunno if it was in the last year but qdf was absolutely fantastic the last time it dropped

also looks like la fois sold out, I never ended up getting one dang it

 

Sold out or pulled for a bundle with Continuance b4 Looks like a couple others missing from the webstore as well.

 

Still showing to-go at all 3 locations

 

I’d be down for that one to be bundled. Hopefully it’s not more the 3 total bottles

 

Salud and Au Revoir missing from the webstore also

 

So this is interesting. Curious if it ends up hitting Tavour

That’s a really cool gesture. Would be cool to see a “For Karen” too. She’s as much SP as Cory IMO.
