Jeez, that is a really bad crash.

I have probably been to that location less than 10 times and I saw an accident right around there too. It had nothing to do with the Tree House intersection, but someone was headed East into the car dealership nearby and got rear-ended, spun out by a truck not paying attention to the cars blinker. Be careful around there, folks.

Yeah that whole road is tough, especially when you have to turn left, over 3 lanes.

Ugh...that really looks like a catastrophic accident.

There really should be a light there, going in and out of TH.

    Oh man, two killed.

“Police said the initial investigation indicates the motorcycle was traveling east on Sturbridge Road collided with the Subaru as it was turning left into the brewery's driveway.”

That entire road is a zoo, plus Amazon won’t be too far down.

yep, that's awful. I've often wondered why there's no light there....but now that there's death, that might change, giving Tree House the distinction of being the only brewery entrance (I know of) that requires it's own traffic light.

    Terrible news to read.

Damn, towns going to blow up over this one.

The fact the passenger didn’t make it clearly shows the hell that turn can be. That bike had to be moving. I remember leaving Thanksgiving morning 2017 I think it was after a quick to go and there was a nasty accident at the entrance. I knew there would be more

Given it was a back seat I hope to god that wasn’t a child :disappointed.

I’m all in to advocate for a light there.

Nate offered to pay for a light when a traffic assessment was done for planning Charlton from what I've heard, but its not up to the town, its on Mass DOT to approve.

No doubt he would do that and pay himself.

Either way, still too late Mass DOT.

I thought the Old Growth Maple Barrel sold out but I believe they pulled it from sales due to the qc

Hmm what’s the QC issue on that stuff? The puke sawdust tasting notes thing was hilarious. Seems like the bourbon gets fairly low reviews on the interwebs.

Wondering if they will do a hard seltzer or if that cannibalizes the rest of their SKUs?

one of the families was either visiting or setting up a memorial at 20 and TH around 12:30 today. Pretty somber scene

First time too I remember Tree House catering to the Atkins/low-carb crowd noting about a gram of carbs in the beer and putting low carb on the actual label.

Mic Ultra, by comparison, is 2.8 and I think Miller Lite is 3.5 (per 12 oz). Kind of interested to try this and see if they've cracked the code on low carb, good tasting beer.

Agreed. It’d be cool if it was on tap regularly.
