Keeping with the orange theme but going big. Accidental again.

 

Most if not all Single Cut beers are named after rock lyrics. Good beer always. Too bad their prices in stores are ridiculous.

Fremont's Cowiche Canyon, a fresh hop ale. 6%

Looking good so far.
This beer reminds me of Das Boot in October at The Standard NYC in Chelsea....I could drink alot of these.

 

Wow, I’m impressed by this DIPA from The Veil! We’re flying to L.A. tomorrow a.m. for a wedding on Saturday plus events tomorrow night and Sunday. Should be fun but exhausting. Early cheers to the weekend, BAs!

 

You're right, I haven't found anything that works and I have no idea how the hell they get in the house either. But the vacuum works great and beats killing them by hand since they always spray their obnoxious odor if you try to grab them.

However, I do have one of those electric fly swatters and if they're in an accessible location it's fun to trap them and zap them and watch them spark and smoke I have light colored walls so they stick out like sore thumbs. Cheers!

First thoughts on Cowiche Canyon: it's good, but a bit more muted than in years past. Not quite as "fresh hop floral" if that makes sense; but as it warms, it does unravel an aroma of cat pee, weed, and fresh cut grass. So, not bad, but not outstanding.

Single Cut isn’t the only brewery guilty of thinking that they brew better than everyone else and charge accordingly. Should have seen my bill from Junie day at Transient.
