    I just posted my new beer of the weekend on the appropriate thread:

    Moody Tongue (Chicago, Illinois, USA) - NECTARINE SLICED IPA - Peach IPA (5,9%)

    Here I limit myself to highlighting the balance between the taste of peach pulp and peel and the character of the IPA which integrate wonderfully: there is the taste of nectarines, there is the right body, there is a slightly bittering that "cleans" the tongue leaving ample space on the palate for the taste of peaches.

    They do seem to have a more sporadic schedule for it these days. Might be my experience that I’ve turned into reality.

    Enjoying a Starr Hill lager called Sabre, also with a UVa theme. Game is as much a struggle as expected.

    Have some cousins coming over tonight since all the wives are going out to dinner. Tossed some cabbage on the pit earlier for some smoked slaw. now got the ribs and pig shots on. bonus..i bought a rack of spare ribs yesterday, but when i opened the package i saw they were already trimmed and the loin tucked in there as well. score! usually i'd st. louis them myself, but i paid spare rib prices for already trimmed (not st louis) meat and i'll take that :slight_smile:
