    This is definitely chili weather and from what I can glean from the background, the chili is looking real good. Do you like a thick chili, or a more soupy one - just curious?

    So I had to leave this sucker, open, in the fridge for over 2 hours while I did something else (and drank other beers). Guess what? It tastes great, still. Gotta love it. I also appreciate that the dankness has been toned-down in recent batches. It was crazy at some point.

    I'm not enjoying mine that much. Tastes rather soapy no? Reminds me a bit of coop native amber but lacking the warmth. Mixing with voodoo ranger, that helps.
