That song never did me wrong. But I probably don't need to hear it again. Cheers!

Fucker! Story behind why I love the song and Zappa in particular. Back in college, a guy on the wrestling team (1970-1974) had polio when he was a kid about the same time polio vaccine came out. Anyway it fucked up one leg and it was basically a stick. He went on in high school accomplished a lot as a wrestler. I smoked a lot of weed with him in college. Zappa was his favorite.

Me personally. Zappa died from prostate cancer. I had prostate cancer and they did surgery a decade ago. My ass is still here. Sadly, Zappa is not.

Thanks again for your post my friend.

Well, it's been one hell of a day. I did a road trip to Brainerd, MN and had lunch at the Red Barn, which was delicious as always. Bought beer at a sister store in the company where I work. Went to Jack Pine Brewing and Starry Eyed Brewing. Now home and after a couple posts in NBW, I'm here. I sometimes cross post, but don't often. I took my friend and his wife on this trip and they had a blast.

I am home and probably way too many beers in, but here's my post here of something I've had many times, but love so much. There may be hate, but, whatever. It brings me back to Myrtle Beach in 2005 when I first had it after getting annoyed with BMC beers.

I had a gym teacher who loved that song and always played it when we would flap the parachute up and down. In retrospect, it was smart exercise. I certainly can vouch for the fact that my heart rate was elevated watching her help us pump the parachute up and down :relaxed:

I'm mixing it with founders breakfast stout. It's cutting that soapiness. Not a bad brew.

I have a friend who drives semi out east every week. I can have him smuggle some to me. It saves me when I work my county fair booth.

Hmmm. Peanut butter and mother's milk. Yeah, I could probably get into that...or maybe refrain from drinking the whole lot.

I spent an afternoon there back in March of 18'. The weather was awful, I almost lost the hat covering my semi bald head, because the wind was so bad. The sick part is it was warmer back home in central MN by a couple of degrees than there. The sicker part is the day after I left it was 80!!!!!!!!!!!

I can tell you enjoy it, I see why. The Mrs even likes it surprisingly. Idk if I've seen the Irish stout I may have to find that 1 at craft cellar. I'm all for that French Press. I seen some barrel aged French Press from last year but idk how that'd age.

Over the years (almost fifty) had a number of bad experiences there. Had to evacuate once due to hurricane. By and large though lots of fond memories with kids and family. I did serious damage to the seafood there. Oysters and clams in particular. Local beers were ok but nothing to write home about.
