Howdy gang, man have I seen some some good beers and and read some great threads today.

Didn't have any expectations going into this, but was pleasantly surprised.

Grid City - Pilsner



No canning date
Purchased from the brewery cooler for $3.50

Poured at fridge temp into a pokal glass

Pours a clear shiny AAL golden with a bright white head. 3.75

Rich grassy and grainy aroma. Some herbal hoppiness on the nose. Pleasant and enjoyable. 4

Bitter herbal hops, some noble hop spice, toasty grains and green grass. Very good blend. 4

Light, fairly light carbo for the style, could be that it's been sitting a moment. Lingering hop oils. 4

Overall a much tastier Pils than I was anticipating, a tasty refresher that was well worth the experience. 4
