I’ve watched Nate’s brew house videos and my home brew setup is better.

I really don't know what this response means lol. I was genuinely asking out of curiosity. I like to try to understand the mindset of people who have very strong feelings/beliefs on one side or another. I was a psychologist in a past life

That is my answer. That’s like asking what would it take for you to leave your marriage. You can’t list out possibilities. The court case is not one. I have no issues supporting them.

Made me laugh out loud  too good

Buy a ticket to buy a ticket to buy a ticket? No thanks. They are everything beer shouldn’t be.

Tickets are long gone now. Unless you choose to still buy one. Otherwise it’s at POS.

Yeah, I mean there are obvious, terrible things that absolutely make me (full) stop spending money and time there but it’s hard to speculate. Financial fraud would probably be one of them, but not in this case.

I’m genuinely curious why they wouldn’t properly pay out investors. I’m also curious to see all of the facts come out, we haven’t seen the full story yet.

Edit: that said, some of the allegations, if true, seem questionable at best.

I will buy their beer it is great! I just don’t like them screwing the guy that helped them get started (Eric) and still owns 2%. Just think if you where Eric and you see the growth after you where one of the originals in the shed in Monson. Yes let's see how court case goes, as of now we only have one side.

Can't say I'm thrilled to drop $25 on Tree of Posibility today, but if it's anything close to Tree of Light, I'll be ok with it. Still cheaper than the BCBW last year.

Their IPAs are at a pretty good price point, and even some of their bottle offerings. But the barrel aged stuff is pretty pricey. I know other places charge a lot more, but maybe it's just my wallet screaming amidst all the holiday spending I've done the last few days

What's the line in Charlton going to look like today? Any guesses? Probably going to be there around 3:00 pm.

It hasn't been too bad this same day in previous years, but definitely a bit busy

My disappointment stems from the fact that they didn't have to do this. Like the alleged fraud was completely unnecessary. Their net worth has increased greatly and with the work they do, they could've paid themselves a reasonable yet generous salary without people raising eye brows. This whole (alleged) fraud seems antithetical to everything they've built. In the face of intention.

It's also disappointing that they don't pay some of their employees more. Like there's enough revenue there to take care of employees who are there every day and help build the brand, as well as the founders and the investors (who I care less about). It didn't have to be this way. This whole setup seems incredibly stupid and short sighted. I'd like to know whose idea this was.

I don't think I'll stop going/drinking their beer (I have a bunch of TH in my fridge rn actually) but it might affect the frequency that I go.

Probably a dumb question, but has anybody here ever purchased glassware from the TH website?
