Yeah, I was there a couple weekends ago and was bummed to find the new heaters were throwing basically no heat even while turned up seemingly pretty high. It was like the 2nd or 3rd day it was open, so I figure they'll adjust as the winter goes on, but I found it much colder than the usual fireplace + big heaters set up from years past.

It was not bad at all. About a 10 to 15 minute wait. Just enough time for the kids to take the dog for a bathroom break.

 

It’s funny you say this! Driving back Maine to CT today, Pike was backed up so GPS sent us 20 to 84. I told my wife we’d be going right by Treehouse and she said well you’ve got to stop and see if the line is long. It wasn’t. I ordered on my phone walking in, went right to the check in point with no wait and got my beer. She had found a spot in the upper lot and walked the dogs by the time I was done.

and I didn’t think about the lawsuit for one second while I was there.

I also stopped by for first time yesterday. I ordered to go on phone and then after getting bracelet walked straight to bar and got drinks maybe 2 minute weight and had lovely grilled cheee from food truck. I’ve never been to a brewery doing this type of business before just folks leaving with cases non stop. Despite being crowded no issue parking or getting drinks or food.

No, patron of treehouse brought it up who’s known folks since it started. They didn’t want to get into it. Wasn’t my place to ask more. I think it only came as they thought I knew for some reason.

 

My brother still has a 4pk of Now & Again from Trillium, kept cold from the day it was bought. Think Nate would do a tasting of that stuff? Now THAT would be a wild video.

I have a bottle of shipyard export to commemorate the commissioning of the USS Maine on July 29th 1995. My grandmother got this at the commissioning. Her husband died young from scraping paint off the ships in the navy shortly after my mom was born. So the beer was bottled pretty much 30 years ago. My grandmother, who lived in Portsmouth, NH went to the event and somehow got the bottle and gave it to my parents. It’s only been in two basements since. My parents, and mine, for many years now in Portsmouth. @DigitalNate you up for a tasting? Cobwebs and all…
