    They changed something, wouldn’t you agree? I found it more Nestle Quick sweet and grainy kind of chocolate in the mix.

    I had an amazing experience at Toppling Goliath Brewing! The beers were all phenomenal. The highlight of the visit was the owner seeing the vintage Toppling Goliath Brewing T-shirt I was wearing, which I purchased at their original location, introducing himself to me, then buying me beers.

    Old Rip Van Winkle Vastness of Space from Cellarmaker. Imperial stout aged for 20 months in Old rip Van Winkle bourbon barrels. Comes in at 13.5% ABV

    Excellent nose, and great taste. Perhaps a little off-balance on the taste, but really showcases the barrel while still expressing some really nice stout character.

    It's not a beer for me .

    Glad i was able to find a single to try it.


    Also still no Willettized in this side
    Not like i need anymore beer...my goal is to drink the 80 or so beers i have and not hoard beer anymore. 6 or so max in the fridge and Willettized will be the exception

    This one? It ain’t heavy, it’s my…bottle.

    My 244 bowling game Friday was 84 pins over my average (yes, that’s why I don’t bowl for a living), I’m making progress on the last of the giant felled willow that is the last piece of the massive wooden debris pile I started clearing three years ago tomorrow. I think a big stout is in order.

    You need to keep at least the Bear Temper so we have national book ends!

    And one of these days we can do a coast to coast pop of Westvleteren 12s. I still haven’t christened my chalice!

    Well, the liquor store i found these recent ones at might have some.
    it's 70 miles away which is nothing compared to your PA runs, but it's still a PITA for me to travel more than 10 miles in any LA traffic. May be visiting it soon

    Speaking of which, my recent Tavour crate just shipped. I really need them to find a last leg carrier. The UPS charges a $10 per box adult signature fee…ouch. This one is at least two boxes….24 beers total.
