How to put together a BIF box with no help

    So I have a target for a BIF I'm in, and the target was not very helpful with anything along the lines of wants. All I was told is no Saisons or Sours. The BA has close to nothing on their profile or in their wants area. I would like to put together a killer box, but I feel like it's difficult to do with this situation. Anybody else have a target like this? what did you do?

    Send a box that you would be happy to receive. I recently had a target that a wants list full of whales, so I just put together a solid box of beers that I would want.

    go to seekabrew, and figure out breweries your target does not get,
    do all the research on brews your target wants, try n find if they have an untappd account, check there gots and wants and reviews, if you have access to beers they really like on there reviews add em

    otherwise just send a box that you would be super happy to receive,

    remember you can't go overboard on your target, just try and break there porch

    You can also tell the BIF organizer to send out helpful reminders to folks in the BIF to make sure they have their wants lists filled out.

    This. Make sure you meet all of the requirements of the BIF, and outside of that, just send beers you enjoy/would love to receive in a box. I purposely don't fill out my Wants because I'd rather be surprised by everything I receive :grinning:
