Poll: Are you a Cicerone?

Thought about it, but didn't really have a reason to since I don't work in the business. Seemed like quite the hassle for something I'd be doing for "fun."

 

My curiosity took over before answering the poll (that being on a device with the ability to look up anything within seconds). I should of just said no right away, but now I am 100% sure is the right answer.

 

I've only done the Certified Beer Server level since it's just the online test for it. Still debating if I'll ever want to do any higher levels of Cicerone testing, but right now I probably won't just because I'm not in the industry and I don't want to take the time to study for it at this time.

 

I've seriously thought about taking the Certified Beer Server exam just to say I have that level. May do it in 2024.

But I am already a Certified Beer Drinker. Doesn't that count for anything?

 

Cicerone and Sieble Institute are among the planned retirement pursuits. At the earliest when I scale back the professional side of life. Both are opportunities to improve enjoyment of beer.
