Ballast Point in Ohio

it will be 6 packs and 22's of Sculpin. Releases next week.

 

Is this being distributed to all of Ohio or just the Columbus area??

Man, Ohio has been killing it lately. Three Floyds, Sixpoint, Ballast Point, AND OMG YUENGLING.

 

Is Three Floyds in the Cleveland area? Haven't seen it, or my eyes are blinded by the glut of choices on the shelves I've had 2 Sixpoint's so far, the Righteous Ale and the Sweet Action and I find it to be fairly average and see a dry-hopped common feel to the pair, have a Bengali Tiger waiting to be tasted, so far Sixpoint is not knocking my socks off...hey Yuengling start shipping the Porter and the Lord to the heart of it all how bout it??

 

Yes, but only 22oz bottles so sadly no Alpha King (although it has popped up on tap.)

 

It certainly is in Cleveland. I've seen Behemoth, Brian Boru, Dreadnaught, etc. They definitely don't sit on the shelves very long and most stores only seem to get a case every couple weeks to a month. Just remember that we are only getting 22 oz. bombers right now, so no Zombie Dust, Gumballhead, etc.

Weilands had sixers of Calico, Scuplin, and Big Eye. Bombers of Sea Monster. That's all that I could tell. Looks like they got a pretty large shipment.

 

Very cool I'm putting an order for some Sculpin hopefully it will be affordable in the ohio, I find it in PA but often times very pricey and out of date.

It was $14.99/sixer here in Ohio for Sculpin.

 

Oye! I'll stick to Rajah and Head Hunter.

 

In the Toledo area I picked up a sixer of Sculpin for $14.99, a sixer of Big Eye for $10.99 and a bomber of Sea Monster for $9.99.

 

That's basically exactly what I paid except Sea Monster, which was a dollar less here.

 

I grabbed a bomber of Sea Monster and a 6 pack of Sculpin today in Athens - pretty excited for a great new brewery in the local market

 

I found it at Jungle Jim's in Cincy for $8.99 for 22 oz.

 

Ballast has arrived to Warehouse Bev in Cleveland (East side, mayfield rd).

 

Just had my first Sculpin, and OMG its amazing!!!!

 

Sculpin is great.

 

Everyone PLEASE buy all the Sculpin so we'll know when more comes in and we can be assured it's fresh. Nothing better than fresh Sculpin, nothing worse than stale Sculpin!
