This big citrusy hazy from the hazy kings is hitting the spot after a long day in the salt mines today. Absolutely love it.

 

They were, and I was using the empty shells as a spoon to drink the broth ha. I could have just slurped the entire bowl...but I held back a bit

 

Broth is great with baguette or just toasted sourdough .

Yeah, the one thing they didn't have. Though they had extra mussels, so its a bit of a trade off. For their pasta night they do a garlic bread, maybe I can ask if I can get that as a side next time...

Well, she said why not do another short shot of tequila. This time with a Swamp Head Brewing Dog Friends NEIPA.

 

Number 4100, eh? Sure, I’ll join in after a bit of an absence from the thread. Maybe because I want to bitch about something and this is the internet, but more it’s that I hit my favorite local brewery for this first time in a while.


I’m home now, enjoying an English bitter from Ocelot called Bliss Quest. On the way home, I heard a song from the album shown, and I decided to look it up on Spotify at a light to play on the rest of the trip.

Why can’t I just find the regular album on the streaming site? I don’t want the frickin’ deluxe edition with crap outtakes. Just the album as released.

Yes, I realize that usually the regular album is the first X songs, as was the case, but my fist is shaking at a lawn full of extraneous songs

Am I the only one?

The answer is probably simple,we got old. I enjoyed the hell out of that album and that particular song is a favorite, just listened to it yesterday.
Everything has to be reinvented i guess but the simple pleasure of listening to the who as they intended us to hear them might not be enough??

It’s almost certainly a top five album for me… one of those “complete” albums where even the bad songs are good.
