@Beersnake1 @dcgunman @LAFreeway can chime in as well, but this is actually not that much traffic for rush hour in the 110. it's usually a parking lot

 

Drinking a Resident Culture (new to me brewery) 2IPA with Citra ,Mosaic and Galaxy , has a dry dense finish .

 

Forest and Main Merriment IPA. Their answer to Celebration Ale I think and it’s solid.

Traffic flow is moving nicely IMO for 545 pm or so.

 

It is still 80 degrees around me, so Saint Arnold Spring Bock is very much appropriate.

Though, apparently in a few days it will plunge at least 50, maybe 60 degrees. Which has Houston in a panic. I don't know, pretty standard stuff where I grew up, and there is no real precipitation, so I think we will be fine...famous last words though

Anyway, Spring Bock and finishing up my Nick Drake albums. This...well...can't be described with words. Only 30 minutes, but just perfection IMO, by that I mean Pink Moon, the entire album.

That's crazy. I always hear folks talk about sitting on the 405.... We have slowdowns on I-75 and the Turnpike, usually due to fuckers on their phones getting into wrecks. We drove I-75 to Tampa (~100 miles) on 12/23 to get to the TSO concert and it took about 80 minutes, amazingly great traffic flow. We drove back up to Ocala on 12/24 on the Veterans Expressway and 85% of the time there was nobody else in sight on the expressway. But.......LA has to be "super cooler" than here in Florida.....cheers!!!
