    1) Phase Three DDH Trio Of Stars (7.8% canned 12/28/23): A DDH NEIPA from Chicago with Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy for flavors of fresh squeezed citrus, pulpy stone fruit and resiny hops
    versus
    2) Phase Three Phase Of Fog (8.0% canned 12/5/23): A DDH NEIPA from Chicago with Mosaic for flavors of orange citrus, tropical berries, melon, and some dankness. (Correctly matched the two beers blind)

    Winner:
    2) Phase Three Phase of Fog    : Another Phase Three NEIPA Battle. First is Trio of Stars. Fairly fresh. Standard Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy. Nice tangerine, mango skins, and tropical notes. Smooth and slightly resinous.
    Next is Phase of Fog. All Mosaic. Rich tropical melon, blueberry, and pineapple. Such complexity for the Mosaic in a single hop IPA. Mosaic is still a wonderous hop. Fantastic NEIPA. Both are great, but Phase of Fog for the win.
