    i am in no way shape or form an experience chef, but i typically have good luck doing a reverse sear and just using the cast iron for the sear at the end :slight_smile:

    I love that you are giving that a go. I've got a couple of iron skillets I make corn bread in but I've wanted to try this too. Looks pretty tasty to me.
