    Gorgeously clear body, light gold color, dense and lively carbonation; thick head, white, semi-creamy, frothy. Bright and herbaceous aroma; a little woody, a touch of thyme and rosemary. Excellent taste; quiet yet refined; very delicate malt backbone with a bolder hop bitterness counterpoint; very balanced; clean. Super mouthfeel; smooth with a slight velvety feel; a touch of creaminess.

    This is my kind of pale ale. It exudes subtlety with its light malt grain and well-balanced hop bitterness offset. Nothing clashes with the flavors or aroma; everything seems in its place. A very delightful beer.

    Gustave Stout. A local beer, but as often as far as stouts are concerned around those parts it’s thin bodied, lacking flavors. Not great. One and done.

    Happy Tuesday (Wed for some!) BAs! Thanks @Dethark for opening the bar here today. Enjoy those London jars & scoops! Lookin' good. Yesterday was fun. I enjoy premium Lagers from other countries. More international beers today! This one brings me to 51 countries and I'm lovin' every minute of it. From Peru it's Cusquena Golden Lager. Wild weather here this week. Cold & stormy very soon then it gets warmer again in a few days. Cheers!

    The wife had a dr's appt at 1000 and since it's sunny and almost 80 degrees so she took the rest of the day off (450+ hours of vacation and sick time). My win as she made cheesesteaks for lunch. Lawsons's Sip of Sunshine, and that's where I'm headed once it's gone.

    It's getting very windy outside...howling. Yeah! Happy Happy! What I thought were 2 bottles of KBS are SN Celebration. Gotta do it to it and count it as an @Todd Cellaruary action move. Check out the sediment. They've been sitting for a while. It tastes absolutely perfect and the 2023 version is/was bang on. Keep on chooglin'! Cheers!
