Yes I’m going to have stew probably the weekend. Oyster season is over anytime between now and March 31. They will call it when the daily catch counts get low. I’m trying squirrel away shucked oysters in my freezer so I’ll have them most of the summer.

After shucking how do you pack them for the freezer. Do you put them in a baggie with a water solution and then freeze?
